Bodylastics is what they call the top home gym that sells resistance band. The cost ranges from $50 to $100 and the system will produce up to 250lbs of resistance. For this system, I will give it a perfect 10 or my home gym review.

I will highly recommend a home gym that will greatly rely on resistance bands. This type of system is the most effective and that any person whether he or she is a beginner can definitely use it. If you are worried about injuries, don’t be as there has been no injuries on resistance band and it is long lasting. With the resistance band it is effective in building flexibility and are also used in sports training and in martial arts.
